By Order RD-02-14-150/02.02.2023 , BITSA experts from the Regulatory Committee and the Traffic Organization and Safety Committee have been appointed as members of a permanent interdepartmental working group of the Ministry of Transport and Regional Development with the following tasks:

1. To review and analyse proposals received for amendments and additions to the regulations issued on the basis of Art. 3, par. 3; art. 14, par. 1, Art. 24a, para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act (RTA) and Art. 14, para. 2 of the RTA in conjunction with Art. 36h, para. 3 of the Road Traffic Act (RTA).

2. To review and analyze the need for amendments and additions to the normative acts under item 1, as well as to the related requirements of Regulation No. RD 02-20-2 of 2018 on road design (published in State Gazette No. 79. of 2018), issued on the basis of Article 36 of the Law on Territorial Planning, and of Regulation No. RD 02-20-2 of 2017 on the planning and design of the communication and transport system of the urban areas (published in State Gazzette No. 7 of 2018), issued on the basis of Article 75, paragraph 4 of the Law on Territorial Planning.

3. To develop, if necessary, draft ordinances to amend and supplement the ordinances under item 1. and item 2
