Participation in the meetings of the eGovernment Committee of the Council of Ministers in relation to the eGovernment Act
Representatives of BITSA took part in the discussion of two bills to amend and supplement the e-Government Act, submitted by MPs and the Council of Ministers in the 48th National Assembly.
The bills proposed an amendment according to which the existence of certain facts and circumstances could be proved only by making inquiries in available electronic registers. At the same time, the by-law prohibits the introduction of a requirement to present stickers and other tangible media to prove certain facts and circumstances.
In the discussions held by the Committee on e-Government and Information Technology on the occasion of the consideration of the bills, the reasoned opinion of BITSA was expressed against the adoption of the cited proposals.
